Yes. Keshaura Anti Hairfall Hair Oil contains only pure olive oil and banafsha no preservatives, no synthetic fragrance, no fillers, no mineral oil. It is as natural as it gets.

Yes. We use a mild, sulfate free cleansing base (no SLS or SLES) that creates real lather and cleans properly without stripping your hair’s natural oils. No sodium lauryl sulfate. No sodium laureth sulfate.

This is completely normal. The deep dark color comes from the amla (Indian gooseberry) infusion in the formula. Amla naturally produces a dark color when processed this is a sign of real herbal ingredients, not a defect. The color does not transfer to your hair.

Yes. Both the oil and shampoo are suitable for all hair types straight, wavy, curly, frizzy, dry, or oily. The sulfate free shampoo is especially suitable for dry and color treated hair.

Yes. The sulfate free formula is gentle enough for colored hair and will not strip color. The oil is also safe for treated hair.

We recommend consulting your doctor before using any new haircare product during pregnancy, as individual sensitivities vary. Both products are free from harsh chemicals, but your doctor knows your specific situation best.

Part your hair into sections. Apply oil directly to scalp using the built in comb applicator. Massage gently with fingertips for 2 to 3 minutes. Leave on for minimum 30 minutes or overnight for deeper results. Wash out with Keshaura Organic Shampoo. Use 2 to 3 times weekly for best results.

Apply to wet hair. Massage into scalp gently for 1 to 2 minutes. Work through lengths and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, use after oiling with Keshaura Anti Hairfall Hair Oil.

Yes. We offer COD in Karachi only. You pay when your order arrives at your door no advance payment required.

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days. Karachi orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Currently we deliver within Pakistan only. International delivery is something we are working toward in the future.

We ship via Leopards Courier, TCS, or Trax depending on your location and availability. All couriers provide tracking.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving it via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will replace it immediately. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.

Stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor. We recommend doing a patch test before first use apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will discuss options with you.
