Keshaura currently delivers across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
✦ Standard shipping: Rs.200 flat rate across Pakistan
✦ Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
Order Processing Time
Since all Keshaura products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery currently in Karachi only. You pay the delivery person when your order arrives no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact number provided at checkout. You can track your order on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
